RED3 Productions is the ‘assumed name’ and ‘d/b/a’ of a Texas based Music Production Company which produces ‘Music, Dance, Artistic Coordination, and Educational Products’ and which renders ’Music, Dance, Artistic Coordination, and Educational Services’. Robert Earl DuBose, III. (sole proprietor) filed his RED3 Productions ‘Assumed Name Records Certificate of Ownership for Unincorporated Business or Profession’ for Travis County, Texas and for Williamson County, Texas respectively on 9/21/1999 and 10/21/1999.    The Psalms CD is RED3 Productions’ latest product to be released and distributed.

RED3 Productions’  above displayed logo is both RED3 Productions’ trade mark and service mark.  The logo is © 2009 R.E.DuBose, III.  Graphically, the logo is a depiction of a man (to the right) and a woman (to the left)  standing toe to toe, grasping hands and leaning back in perfect harmony, balance, and unity through connection.  The abstract nature of the logo strikes-up interest  in that others may see the ‘chalice V symbol’  from the Davinci Code movie, a vagina, a uterus, two phallic symbols, a Texas longhorn, or who knows what else.
